Tour Details
Green takes inspiration from nature, and this tour is more nature-centric than others. Before we even start the story of the tour, we can tell you that you will be one with nature. Our first stop is the Göreme Panorama, a place where the magnificent fairy chimneys can be seen in all their glory.
Next, you will visit the Kaymaklı Underground City, where you will feel the atmosphere of ancient underground homes and shelters, complete with kitchens, houses, and more.
And now, the most important part... Ihlara Valley. This is a valley with churches waiting to be discovered through a 1-kilometer hike.
You might get a bit hungry, but don't worry because it's lunchtime now. You'll have your lunch by the flowing river in the village of Belisırma and visit Selime Monastery, a cathedral-sized rock-cut church. You'll also make a stop at a fantastic viewpoint overlooking the Northern Pigeon Valley, which used to be home to hundreds of ancient pigeon houses carved into the rocks.
